Aztec Mentor Program
The Aztec Mentor Program (AMP) is designed to match SDSU students with SDSU-affiliated mentors who can provide them with career guidance over a 6-week mentorship period. The program has one mentorship period in the fall and one in the spring. This program is facilitated through Aztec Network, a platform that allows members and partners of the SDSU community to expand their professional networks, find and promote work opportunities, share events and resources, and participate in AMP. Aztec Network is open to staff, faculty, alumni, students and donors.

WorkAbility IV
WorkAbility IV (that's Roman numeral 4) is a partner program for SDSU students and recent alumni with disabilities. It promotes access and offers enhanced career services empowering students to:
- Choose, plan, and prepare for a career.
- Meet academic and career requirements.
- Secure and retain employment.
SDSU Works!
Empowering Student Job Seekers
SDSU Works! is a pilot program designed to help students prepare for a career in business, engineering and computer science. This program offers a range of opportunities, including internships, apprenticeships, externships, fellowships, micro-internships, class projects and service learning. In addition, program participants receive ongoing support through personalized consulting, webinars, workshops, etiquette events, AI career coaching and vibrant virtual communities for an elevated professional development experience.
Providing Efficient Staffing Solutions
Through SDSU Works!, employers can engage with top talent across from SDSU through a pilot staffing services, which includes exclusive partnership benefits. Among these perks are a comprehensive toolkit that includes DEI best practices, online resources, checklists, webinars and consulting services, as well as invitations to partcipate in events such as career fairs, industry projects, consulting sessions, mixers, drop-in hours and mentoring to find the solutions to their talent needs. eWorks!
This project will redefine career readiness by leveraging the team-based, interactive model of esports to create a virtual career community. The initiative will engage students through cohort-based career coaching, work-based learning, and professional mentoring, preparing them for success in high-demand industries.
