What defines a world class career center?
World class career centers are connected, committed and creative.
World class career centers connect to their partners – in our case, SDSU students and alumni, employer partners, faculty and staff, and community partners. We are also connected to information and knowledge, which allows us to interact more effectively with our partners.
World class career centers commit to the profession and services of career development. The entire staff of SDSU Career Services works toward empowering SDSU students and alumni. Each of us contributes to the success of each other, our office and our University.
Finally, world class career centers create. We innovate, constantly asking ourselves key questions such as how do we increase opportunities for those that we serve? How do we connect more effectively to our partners? How do we strengthen ourselves so that we are able to strengthen others?
