What I do at Career Services As the Associate Director of Career Services, I focus on helping to build the infrastructure that allows us to provide top quality services to both students and employers as well as better understand the needs of our stakeholders. Consequently, in addition to counseling and providing workshops, I help to develop the systems that provide the feedback that we use to continually improve our services in our never-ending quest to provide world-class services to the students of San Diego State .
Hobbies: A good cigar and riding my motorcycle.
Goals: To develop Career Services at SDSU into a world- class organization that is a leader in the area of providing career services to students.
Education:
Experience: I have over 15 years experience designing, developing, consulting and directing programs designed to help students at all levels become successful, with a special emphasis on first generation college students and students from low income backgrounds.
